WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - As the No. 14 Boilermakers return home to host the Active Ankle Challenge, we introduce the first of the team's two sophomores, Kierra "Kiki" Jones in this week's edition of Quick Hits.

Get to know the sophomore middle blocker, including her favorite things, what she learned as part of the USA A2 Program and what she hopes to accomplish this season.

The Boilermakers welcome UAB, Bowling Green and Jacksonville State to Mackey Arena for the six-match Active Ankle Challenge this weekend. Matches begin at 10 a.m. Friday as Purdue takes on Jacksonville State. Friday's action continues with contests at noon, 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday's slate includes 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. matches.

All retirement home groups and Purdue students will receive $2 admission on Friday morning.

Youth and high school teams that pre-register with Kyle Waters at kylewaters@purdue.edu in advance will receive $2 tickets, available Friday or Saturday.

The concession stands also are offering a Breakfast with the Boilers special Friday morning. Enjoy a breakfast smasher sandwich and a juice for just $5 or a bagel with cream cheese and a juice for $3 as you enjoy the 10 a.m. match.
