Dodging A Bullet

No. 12 Volleyball eeks out 3-2 win over Indiana.

2011: Academic All-Big Ten ... played in 19 matches, starting against Western Carolina ... averaging 1.84 kills per set, while hitting .221 ... posted double-digit kills twice with 10 against Michigan State and Iowa ... hit .250 or better in 12 matches, including .300 or better five times, .400 or better three times and .500 or better once ... ranks third on Purdue's five-game hitting percentage list (15-19 attempts) with a .588 effort vs. Iowa ... added 17 blocks and 16 digs.

2010: Played in 32 matches, starting three: against Michigan State, Michigan and Northwestern ... averaged 1.88 kills per set, while hitting .236 ... posted double-digit kills four times, including a team-leading effort twice: against Pittsburgh (12) and vs. No. 4 Penn State (13) ... hit .300 or better in 10 matches, including .500 or better five times.
