The Boilermaker volleyball team will play its first matches in the state of Pennsylvania that aren't against Big Ten foe Penn State this weekend, when it faces off with NCAA Tournament competitors Lipscomb and Tulane, as well as the host Pittsburgh Panthers at the Blue and Gold Tournament.

An Efficient Effort

Sophomore Ariel Turner pounded down 17 kills and seven other players contributed to the offense in the Boilermaker volleyball team's 25-16, 25-11, 25-8 sweep of Central Michigan Saturday morning. Purdue hit .474 in the contest, the ninth-best match mark in program history and the best since 2004.
