Hoosier Invite: Day One Doubles Results Get Acrobat Reader

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Purdue women's tennis team earned a slew of victories on Friday in Bloomington. This is the second tournament of the fall for the Boilermakers.

In singles action, redshirt junior Tatiana Ganzha and freshmen Remi Martin, Kay Kay Magi and Jennifer Rabot were all winners. Ganzha defeated Petra Chuda (KSU) 6-4, 6-1. Martin edged out Natasha Vieira (KSU) 4-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-8). Magi beat Elizabeth Hall (MSU) 6-3, 6-3. Rabot got the win over Vanessa Cottin (KSU) 1-6, 6-2, 1-0 (10-6).

In doubles action, junior Michelle Sammons and senior Stephanie Wooten earned an 8-4 victory over Erica Robertson and Jackie Wu (VU). Magi and Martin also picked up a win, this one coming at the expense of Elizabeth Hall and Jordan Zachary (MSU) 8-4.
