WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Purdue women's swimming and diving head coach John Klinge has announced the Boilermakers' 2013-14 recruiting class, featuring eight swimmers set to join the program for the upcoming season.

Kate Curley (Valparaiso, Ind.), Grace Einterz (Zionsville, Ind.), Grace Hernandez (Chico, Calif.), Rylee Klomp (North East, Pa.), Meagan Lim (Singapore), Hannah Manger (New Albany, Ind.) and Leah Ritsema (Zeeland, Mich.) have committed to attend Purdue and compete for the Boilermakers. Additionally, Trish Reagan (Carmel, Ind.) transferred to Purdue from the University of Florida. She has been on campus since the start of the spring semester and will join the program as a junior.

Curley is a four-year Indiana state meet qualifier who specializes in the backstroke and IM events. She was part of new pool and team records in the 200 IM and 400 free relay at the high school level as well as the backstroke & IM events with her Duneland Swim Club.

Einterz is a freestyle sprinter who was a six-time Indiana state meet qualifier as an upperclassman. As an individual finalist in the 100 free, she helped Zionsville High finish as the 2012 state runner-up. She was a Speedo Sectionals qualifier with her club team.

Hernandez has excelled in the 50 through 200 freestyle events, finishing her prep career as a four-time NSCIF Swimmer of the Year in Northern California. As a three-sport standout that also excelled in soccer and track, she was named the athlete of the year in her graduating class. Her parents, Mike and Jill Hernandez, and all four of her siblings competed in college athletics.

Klomp was a four-year Pennsylvania state meet qualifier as a freestyle sprinter. She helped her 200 medley relay team win the state title as a freshman and finished as the runner-up in 100 free as a junior. She was a USA Swimming Junior Nationals qualifier with her Eric Aquatic Club.

Lim excels in the butterfly events. She was a two-time Outstanding Sports Girl of the Year and a four-time sports scholar at Methodist Girls' School in Singapore.

Manger was a four-time News and Tribune Area Swimmer of the Year in Southern Indiana. She earned All-State honors as a senior and specializes in the backstroke and IM events. She was a Junior Nationals and Speedo Sectionals qualifier with her club team.

Ritsema is a freestyle sprinter who was a four-time All-State honoree in Michigan. She helped lead her high school team to top five finishes at the state meet in each of her upperclassman seasons, earning All-American honors as a senior. She is also an accomplished water polo player.

Regan was a two-time state champion in the 200 IM as a standout at Carmel High School. She also excels in the backstroke events, placing fifth in the 200 back at the 2011 SEC Championships to garner All-Freshman Team honors her first year at Florida. At Carmel, she was also part of record-setting 200 free and 400 medley relays.
