WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Four members of the Purdue diving team finished their second day of competition at the NCAA Region C Diving Zones, hosted by Purdue, at the Boilermaker Aquatic Center today.

On the women's 3-meter board, senior Kara Hajek-Gustafson finished fourth with a score of 502.60. She also competed on the 10-meter platform, finishing fifth with a score of 349.35. Hajek-Gustafson finished the weekend with two events qualified for the 2002 Women's NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships, held March 21-23, in Austin, Texas, at the University of Texas. Hajek-Gustafson added the 3-meter board to her qualification on the 1-meter board with her win during Friday's competition on the 1-meter.

Senior Molly MacFarlane finished her career with the 10-meter platform competition, as she finished 11th with a score of 312.95.

For the men, sophomore Eric Warrick competed on both the 1-meter and the 10-meter platform. On the 1-meter, Warrick finished 23rd with a score of 213.95 and on the platform, he finished sixth with a score of 387.05. Freshman Clayton Davis competed on the 1-meter board for a 14th-place finish with a score of 260.60.

The Boilermakers will continue to train this week in preparation for the NCAA Championships later in the month.
