Marshall competed primarily in the freestyle sprints... her season-best times in the 50 (23.18, 3rd) and 100 free (50.76, 5th) ranked among the top five on the team in 2012-13... posted her season-best in the 50 free at the Boiler-Make-It NCAA Last Chance meet... season-best in the 100 free was at the Ohio State Winter Invite while finishing a close second to Nora Brolsma... also won the 50 free and finished second in the 200 free at Ohio State... competed in the all three freestyle sprints at the Big Ten Championships, recording a season-best time in the 200 free (1:50.77)... continues to rank ninth in program history in the 50 free thanks to freshman-record time of 23.11 from 2012 Big Ten Championships... accounted for one team point at the Purdue Invitational by qualifying for the B final of the 100 free... also helped her 200 free relay team win heat 2 at the Purdue Invitational.
