2011-12: Li competed primarily in the backstroke events and 50 free... season-best times in the 100 (55.63, 3rd) and 200 back (2:02.50, 5th) from the Big Ten Championships both ranked among the top five on the team in 2011-12... her 100 (7th) and 200 back (10th) times also ranked among the fastest in program history... honored with the team's Most Improved award... also competed in the 50 free at Big Tens, finishing with a season-best time of 23.45... qualified for the C final of the 100 back at Big Tens... qualified for the C final of the 50 free, 100 and 200 back at the Ohio State Invitational, placing third in in the 200... was also part of 200 free and 400 medley relay teams at Ohio State that posted Purdue's fourth-fastest times of the year... swam the 100 free and 200 IM at the Boiler-Make-It NCAA Last Chance meet... made her Purdue debut in the November dual meet win against Northwestern after making the team as a walk-on.
