Purdue women finish 1-2-3 in 200 fly; Amaltdinov sets new pool record

2016-17 / AS A FRESHMAN
• Competed primarily in the butterfly events
• Posted season-best times in the 100 (54.64, 5th) and 200 fly (1:59.63, 4th) at the Big Ten Championships, ranking among the top five on the team in 2016-17
• Moving into 10th place all-time in the 200 fly
• Qualified for the C final of the 200 fly at Big Tens to account for three team points
• A finalist in both butterfly events at Virginia Tech's H2Okie Fall Invitational, accounting for 29 team points
