Summer 2002: Swam with the Tipp White Sharks Club team ... returned to her native Mexico for the 2002 Mexican National Championships ... qualified in the 200 breaststroke for the Central American Games to be held in November.

2001-02: Academic All-Big Ten ... finished 23rd in the 200 breast at 2002 Big Ten Championships in Ann Arbor for a season-best time ... went 28th in the 100 breast in 1:06.71 ... swam the 200 IM in 2:11.17 for a 50th-place finish ... recorded team?s fourth-best 100 and 200 breast times ... swam her season-best 100 breast time at the Northwestern Invite on Nov. 17 in 1:05.98 ... had two top-four finishes overall.

2000-01: Academic All-Big Ten ... swam the Boilermakers? second-fastest 200 breaststroke time at Big Ten?s for a 24th-place finish in 2:22.97 ... also swam the 200 IM and the 100 breaststroke at the conference championships ... recorded team?s fourth-best time in 200 breaststroke with her Big Ten finish ? had team?s fifth-best time in 100 breaststroke (1:08.18).

1999-2000: Swam Purdue?s fourth-fastest time of the season in the 100 breaststroke (1:08.55) at Big Ten?s ... placed seventh in the 200 breast vs. Miami (Ohio) and Oakland with a time of 2:29.05 ... finished seventh in the 200 breast with a time of 2:30.16 at Ohio State ... that was the team?s sixth-best time of the season.
