WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Purdue softball team will wrap up its fall season with a three-game home tournament on Sunday. The Boilermakers will play host to St. Joseph's and Indianapolis in the Purdue Fall Classic.

Game one of the tournament, which begins at 10 a.m., will pit St. Joseph's against Indianapolis. That will be followed by a Boilermaker doubleheader, featuring a noon contest against Indianapolis and a 2 p.m. meeting with St. Joseph's. Purdue wrapped up the 2003 season with a 34-27 mark, while Indianapolis finished the year with a 26-20 record, including a 11-9 mark in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. St. Joseph's compiled an 18-30 record in the spring.

The Boilermakers are currently 5-0 in fall action, after going 3-0 at the Chicagoland Fall Classic and recording a 2-0 mark at the Purdue Fall Invitational last weekend. The team topped Northern Illinois 5-1, Loyola 8-0 and Illinois Central 6-1, Sept. 13 in Orland Park to open the season. Purdue then took the Fall Invitational title last Sunday after topping Valparaiso 3-0 and Ball State in a 9-1 mercy-rule victory. The Boilermakers and Marian College each put together a 2-0 record at the Invitational, but Purdue was awarded the title on run differential.
