WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Purdue softball team will make its first appearance at the Boilermaker Softball Complex in just under a month. Make sure you don't miss a single game and mark your calendar for some special promotions.
For our home opener vs. Illinois-Chicago on March 26, we will celebrate Faculty/Staff Appreciation Day. Tickets for Purdue faculty/staff members and their families will be just $1.
On Friday, April 4 vs. Indiana, it is All-4-1 Day. All tickets will be just $1 as the Boilermakers face off against the Hoosiers.
April 5 will be our Boiler Blackout game as well as Greek Day. All patrons are encouraged to wear black.
April 6 is Youth Team Day. Tickets will be just $1 for youth in eighth grade and under when they wear their youth team's jersey.
On April 18, we look to Strike Out Cancer with our annual pink game. Fans are encouraged to wear pink to support breast cancer awareness. We will be collecting spare change to be donated to the American Cancer Society in a friendly competition with our baseball team.
On April 19, we will celebrate our program's history at our Alumni Reunion Day. All Alumni will be recognized before the game against Illinois, and family activities will be available after the game.
An Easter Egg Hunt will take place on April 20 after the team's noon game with Illinois.
On April 23, we have a 1 p.m. doubleheader with nationally ranked Michigan. Youth tickets will be just $1 on Elementary School Day.
On May 2, we invite all Purdue students to take a break from studying for finals and enjoy the weather and $1 tickets to our game with Minnesota.
May 3, Purdue softball will host a Salute to Service. All active or retired military personnel, police, fire or hospital staff will pay just $1 for tickets.
The 2014 regular season wraps up on May 4 and we challenge our fans to Pack the Park to celebrate our seven wonderful seniors. We will honor the septet before the game and also will have a pregame tailgate with inflatables, games and more.
