Junior catcher/outfielder looks to make bigger impact in 2017

2016: Academic All-Big Ten ... saw action in 25 games, acting mostly as a pinch runner ... saw time behind the plate against USF, Seton Hall and Nebraska and two games against Northwestern, making good on all eight defensive chances ... threw out both potential base stealers she faced ... scored six runs ... drew a walk against USF ... stole one base against Seton Hall.

2015: Saw action in 13 games, mostly as a pinch runner and pinch hitter ... saw action at catcher in two games against Long Island ... scored two runs: vs. Wisconsin and against Ball State ... tallied first collegiate hit with a single against IPFW ... defensively, made good on all three chances behind the plate.

High School: A three-time all-Northwest Crossroads Conference selection, garnering first team honors her freshman and senior seasons and second team accolades her junior year ... batted .378 with 22 RBI, 22 runs, four doubles, three home runs and a .544 slugging percentage as a senior en route to all-conference and The Times all-area second team honors ... also played in the ICGSA North-South All-Star game and garnered team's award for most RBI ... earned second team all-conference and honorable mention all-area accolades, posting a .378 average and 26 RBI despite playing just half of her junior season while recovering from injury ... earned the Impact Player Award and Kougar Courage Award in addition to first team all-conference and all-area honorable mention honors as a rookie after leading team to conference title ... an academic all-conference selection as a senior ... played junior varsity basketball as a freshman.
