PURDUE VARSITY SOCCER COMPLEX
The Purdue Varsity Soccer Complex is located on the west side of the Purdue University campus at the intersection of McCormick Road and Cherry Lane.
The home of the Purdue soccer program since its inception in 1999, the Varsity Soccer Complex saw its first action on Sept. 10, 1999, with a 4-2 Boilermaker victory over Central Florida.
The Varsity Soccer Complex houses two playing fields, an enclosed press box with views of both playing fields, grandstands for both fields and a concession stand that services the east field.
In the Spring of 2007, the east field of the Varsity Soccer Complex underwent a major overhaul as a new drainage system and a Bermuda grass playing surface were installed. The improvements have made the Varsity Soccer Complex one of the finest and fastest natural playing surfaces in the nation.
PARKING
Parking is available free of charge at the Varsity Soccer Complex. Spectators can park in the grass lot adjacent to the complex, and overflow parking is available across McCormick Road from the complex.
Due to a tennis tournament scheduled for the weekend of Nov. 16-18, parking in the paved lot at the Schwartz Tennis Center immediately south of the Varsity Soccer Complex will not be permitted.
