UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - No. 13 Penn State (13-3-1, 7-1-0 Big Ten) defeated No. 4 Purdue (14-2-2, 6-1-1) 1-0 Friday night at Jeffery Field. The loss was the Boilermakers' first since Sept. 2, ending the nation's longest unbeaten streak at 15 matches.

Audrey AdenBuie scored the game-winner in the 81st minute on a header inside the six-yard box. She was assisted by Melissa Hayes and Carly Bedsem.

Jenny Bradfisch made three saves in defeat. Winning goalkeeper Alyssa Naeher made seven saves en route to her ninth shutout.

Purdue outshot Penn State 19-10 and received two more corner kick opportunities, 5-3.
