SOPHOMORE / 2012 Academic All-Big Ten... Niewoit played in all 19 games, making 17 starts... one of only six Boilers to see action in all 19 games... started the final 15 games of the year after coming off the bench against Louisville and Butler... led the team with three game-winning goals, accounting for the decisive score in victories against Central Michigan, Nebraska and Northwestern... also found the back of the net for the first time as a Boiler in the overtime win against Eastern Illinois... her golden goal at Nebraska lifted Purdue to its first overtime win on the road since November 2009... game-winner in 1-0 victory against Northwestern extended the Boilers' win streak against NU to nine...
