WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The 10th-ranked Purdue women's golf team will play in its final regular season tournament April 20 and 21 at the 33rd annual Lady Buckeye Invitational in Columbus, Ohio. The two-day, 54-hole event will be held on the par-72, 6,268-yard Scarlet Course of The Ohio State University Golf Club.

Hosted by Buckeyes, this tournament will give the Boilermakers a feel for their Big Ten competition one week before the Big Ten Championships. Eight conference teams are set to compete along with Purdue in Columbus. No. 19 Northwestern, No. 42 Penn State, No. 47 Ohio State, Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan State and Wisconsin will be joined by Augusta State, Kent State, and Youngstown State to comprise the 12-team field.

Purdue is coming off back-to-back championships, winning the Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate on March 17 and the Invitational on April 9. Senior Paula Reto earned a first place finish at the Invitational in a playoff against Texas Tech's Gabriella Dominguez. Classmate Laura Gonzalez-Escallon finished tied for third, and sophomore Aurora Kan came in fifth with a personal best 54-hole tournament score of 215.

Reto is ranked No. 26 in the Golfweek poll and just picked up her third Big Ten Golfer of the Week award after her win at the Invitational.
