Women's Golf Takes Sixth at Texas A&M Invitational

COLLEGE STATION, Texas- Purdue's women's golf team finished in sixth place out of 16 teams this afternoon at the GTE MO-morial Invitational hosted by Texas A&M. Sophomore Stacy Orschell placed fourth in a field of 86 golfers after shooting a three-round total of 224. Texas A&M's Isabelle Rosberg took medalist honors with a combined score of 219. Junior Angela Blythe was Purdue's next highest finisher, placing 19th. Texas A&M won the team honors with a combined total of 898. Campbell, Memphis, TCU and Northern Arizona rounded out the top five.
