Ladies and Gentlemen, it is the best time of the year! MARCH MADNESS IS HERE! The regular season is over and it is time, finally, for what we prepare all year for, and that's to make some noise in post season play in a quest for a couple championships. First of all, for all of you Purdue faithful out there, I'd like to say thanks so much for your undying support of our program. You have no idea how much you are appreciated amongst our team and staff. I can't wait to see and hear the sea of gold and black in Conseco Fieldhouse this weekend. We're going to call Conseco our home away from home and hope to bring you all a championship for the third year in a row. I'm so excited, that I'm already packed, and I NEVER pack early (nope I didn't even do it for the Hawaii trip!). Kim Corbitt, Coach Benner and I will be heading down early tomorrow morning to scout the games on our side of the bracket. If you don't already know, we will be playing the winner of the Indiana vs. Michigan game. I know who some of you are out there routing for! As for us, we'll be ready for whatever three teams stand in the way of that championship trophy. The rest of the team will be traveling to Indianapolis following class and practice. We will all meet up and have a nice dinner together (the highlight of the day for me). Then, it'll be down to business, which includes meetings, film, and for the staff, not sleeping a wink until Sunday night ;-). See you all in Indianapolis. Boiler UP!
