Again this season, nine Purdue women's basketball games will be available on the Big Ten Network's live and on demand streaming website. This is in addition to the 12 women's games that will be broadcast live on either ESPN2 or the Big Ten Network. Fans can follow women's basketball on the radio on WPBE 95.3 (BOB-FM) in Lafayette/West Lafayette area. Five games will reach a wider audience when they are broadcast on the Purdue Sports Network, a division of Learfield Communications, Inc. and Purdue Sports Properties. The schedule of those games is below. Games also can be heard worldwide at Purduesports.com.

The Sharon Versyp Radio Show
Most Monday nights during the basketball season, fans can tune into the
Sharon Versyp Show to hear the coach break down games and discuss the Boilermakers. Tim Newton hosts the hour-long program at 7:10 p.m. ET, which airs on WBPE-FM 95.3. The show originates from Puccini's on the Levee at Wabash Landing in West Lafayette, and features call-in and live audience questions.

The Sharon Versyp Television Show
For the second season season, the Sharon Versyp Show on television - hosted by Tim Newton - will begin airing in December and runs through March with breaks around the holidays. It will air on WLFI-TV18 on Saturdays at 12 p.m. EST, following the Matt Painter TV Show. The full schedule for Coach Versyp's TV Show on WLFI and the Big Ten Network is below.

Tim Newton is in his 20th season as the voice of Purdue women's basketball. He serves as the play-by-play announcer for all home and away games. He also hosts the Sharon Versyp Show and the Danny Hope Show on radio and will be the host of the Sharon Versyp Television Show. In addition to his women's basketball duties, Newton has spent 15 seasons as the pregame/halftime/postgame anchor as well as producer for Purdue's football radio broadcasts. Previously, Newton served as sports director at WASK radio in Lafayette from 1982 to 1986. He received the UPI state award for high school football play-by-play in 1983. A 1981 Purdue graduate, Newton is director of external relations and communications for the Krannert School of Management. He and his wife, Susan, have two children, Emily and Aaron.

Jane Schott is in her 12th season providing color commentary for home games. The former Jane Calhoun played for Purdue from 1987 to 1992. She is currently a teacher and the head girls' basketball coach at West Lafayette High School. She and her husband, Tom, reside in West Lafayette with their two sons, August and Sam.

Sara White is in her fourth season as a color commentator for Purdue women's basketball, handling color commentary on all road games. White spent 10 years on the women's basketball staff at the University of Louisville, including three as co-head coach with her husband, Martin Clapp. White is currently Purdue's women's basketball sports information director.
