The Boilermakers own a 39-18 all-time NCAA record, a winning percentage of .684 percent. Since the field expanded to 64 teams in 1994, Purdue has advanced to the second round of the tournament 14 of 15 times, and has advanced to the Sweet 16 11 times. The Boilermakers played in the 1994, 1999 and 2001 NCAA Women's Final Fours; they won the title in 1999 and finished as runners-up in 2001, the last time the Final Four was held in St. Louis.
Keeping The Streak Alive

Big Ten Tournament Recap
Purdue returned to the Big Ten Tournament championship game for the fourth year in a row and the 11th time in 15 years of the tournament. The Boilermakers were looking for a three-peat, but were stopped short, 67-66, in an epic battle with No. 12/12 Ohio State. In a contest in which neither team led by more than six points, Ohio State's Jantel Lavender made one of two free throws with 6.2 seconds left to give the Buckeyes a 67-66 lead. Purdue was unable to convert on its final possession and top-seed Ohio State claimed the title. The No. 3 seed Boilermakers defeated No. 6 seed Indiana 68-64 in the quarterfinals and No. 7 seed Wisconsin 70-56 to advance to the championship contest.

Among The Best
Redshirt senior Lindsay Wisdom-Hylton continues to prove that she is one of the top players in the country. Her most recent honor is being selected one of the 52 regional finalist for the State Farm All-America Team. WIsdom-Hylton was a Preseason All-Big Ten selection, a unanimous first team All-Big Ten choice by the coaches as well as first team All-Big Ten by the media. She was named to the Big Ten All-Defensive Team for the third time, is on the Wade Trophy and the Naismith Award watch lists and was one of five players selected to the Big Ten All-Tournament Team. With 13 points against Michigan, she became the 12th player in Purdue history to enter the 1,500-career point club. Wisdom-Hylton has 1,564 career points, the most by any active Big Ten player, and is just two points from passing Sharon Versyp for No. 10 on Purdue's career scoring chart. The 6-foot-2 forward is the Boilermakers' all-time leading rebounder, earning the distinction at Penn State on Feb. 19. Against Michigan she grabbed a career-high 15 boards and she repeated that effort against Indiana in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament. She is the only Boilermaker to record over 900 rebounds and became just the third player in school history to record 300 steals. The Naperville, Ill., native is also Purdue's career blocked shots leader with 275, ranking fourth all-time in the Big Ten. Arguably the most versatile player in school history, she finished the season in the top 10 in the conference in seven statistical categories and in the top 15 of two others. She was second in rebounding (9.1), second for defensive rebounds (6.7), tied for eighth for offensive rebounds (2.5), second in the league in steals (2.6), tied for fourth in blocked shots (1.6), fifth in field goal percentage (49.2 percent) and tied for eighth in scoring (12.8). She was 13th in assists (2.7) and 14th in minutes played (33.3).
Balanced Attack
The Boilermakers have been led in scoring by six different players this season. Wisdom-Hylton leads the way with top-scoring honors in 10 games this year, Lakisha Freeman led Purdue in seven games, freshman reserve Brittany Rayburn led in six games, Jodi Howell in five, Danielle Campbell in four and FahKara Malone was the Boilermakers' leading scorer in two contests. Those six players average between 13.1 and 7.3 ppg for Purdue.
