WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Purdue senior Danielle Campbell earns her second consecutive weekly Big Ten Player of the Week award after posting a season-high 16 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Boilermakers in an upset over No. 8/4 Texas, 66-55, in Mackey Arena on Monday. The performance marks Campbell's third double-double of the season and the ninth of her career. The Chicago native was 4 of 10 (.400) from the field and 8 of 8 from the foul line. She also contributed four assists, three blocks and two steals in the victory.

In the narrow overtime loss to Michigan State on New Year's Day, Campbell recorded team-highs of 15 points and eight rebounds, five of which were on the offensive end. She was 7 of 14 (.500) from the field and posted two blocks and two steals in 39 minutes of play. In the two-game stretch Campbell netted 9 of 9 free throws and moved into a tie for 14th for career free throws made at Purdue. The weekly award is the second of Campbell's career and the fourth for Purdue this season.

Senior forward Lindsay Wisdom-Hylton was named co-Player of the Week on Dec. 2 and junior point guard FahKara Malone earned Big Ten co-Player of Week on Nov. 25.

Campbell was named co-Player of the Week on Jan. 6 along with Northwestern sophomore Amy Jaeschke.

Purdue (9-5, 2-1) plays host to Iowa at 7 p.m. on Jan. 8 in Mackey Arena. The game will be broadcast live on the Big Ten Network and is the third of three consecutive nationally televised games for Purdue.
