• Purdue improves to 12-2 in 2006-07 and 598-321 all-time with the win. Purdue also is 1-0 in the Big Ten. Purdue now stnads 274-135 all-time against Big Ten opponents.

Sharon Versyp's career coaching record improves to 129-67 overall and 12-2 at Purdue.

• The win improves Purdue's serives lead against Michigan to 44-12 and extends its winning streak against the Wolverines to 16 games.

• The 44-point margin of victory is the largest since Purdue beat IPFW 107-39 on Nov. 21, 2004. The team's largest margin of victory this season coming into tonight's game was 42 against Butler on Dec. 10.

• When senior Katie Gearlds sank her third three-pointer of the game with second left in the first half, she moved past Stephanie White into first all-time at Purdue with 184 career made three-pointers. Gearlds finished the game 5-of-9 from three-point range. This marked the 13th time in her career that she has made four or more shots from behind the arc.

• Gearlds finished the game with 22 points, marking the seventh time she has scored 20 or more this season. She also blocked a season-high two shots.

• Junior Lindsay Wisdom-Hylton blocks six shots to give her 164 career blocked shots. She passed Christa LaCroix to move into third all-time on the career blocks list. LaCroix finished her Purdue career with 161 blocks.

• Wisdom-Hylton also took sole possession of 14th place on the all-time steals list. Her three steals against Michigan took her career count to 173, which moved her out of a tie with Ukari Figgs.

• Purdue went on a 13-0 run, which began with an Erin Lawless basket with 14:59 left in the first half, that extended Purdue's lead to 26-9.
