WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Season tickets to see the Purdue men's basketball team play at Mackey Arena during the upcoming season are sold out, but opportunities still exist for fans to catch the Boilermakers in action in 2010-11.
Single-game ticket sales for the IPFW and Northwestern contests - not included in the additional student season ticket package - are currently under way for John Purdue Club members, and will begin for the general public on Monday, Nov. 1.
The Boilermaker BlockBuster will make a one-year return on Dec. 18 when the Purdue women face off with Auburn and the Boilermaker men duel with Indiana State at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. Tickets are currently on sale through the Purdue Athletic Ticket Office, the Conseco Fieldhouse Box Office, ConsecoFieldhouse.com and all Ticketmaster outlets.
BlockBuster tickets can be purchased at a cost of $40 for lower level, $30 for club level, $25 for upper level and $10 for Purdue students.
Purdue has already sold nearly 1,000 all-session passes for the Big Ten Tournament, which will be held at Conseco from March 10-13. Lower level/club all-session tickets are still available for $300 and upper level all-session passes are available at a cost of $220.
Tickets may be purchased online at purduesports.com, by calling (800) 49-SPORT or in person at the Purdue Athletic Ticket Office. Located on the ground floor of the Intercollegiate Athletic Facility, the Athletic Ticket Office is open for business from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday.
