CHIGACO - Five of the Purdue wrestling team's duals will be covered by the Big Ten Network, the league office announced Wednesday. The Boilermakers' home dual against Ohio State at 7 p.m. ET on Feb. 3 is one of 10 duals throughout the conference to be televised during the 2013-14 season.
In addition to 10 duals being televised, the final session of the 2014 Big Ten Wrestling Championships from Madison, Wis., will be carried live on March 9 at 2 p.m.
A record 48 events will be streamed live on the Big Ten Digital Network (BTDN) starting with Purdue's home opener and 100-year celebration dual against Duke Nov. 16 at 2 p.m.
The Boilermakers will also be streamed live on the BTDN when they host Nebraska at 1 p.m. on Jan. 26 and travel to intrastate rival Indiana on Jan. 31 for a 7 p.m. dual. Purdue's final home dual of the season on Feb. 7 at 7 p.m. against Illinois will also be carried on the BTDN.
