The Purdue wrestling team was named a 2010 National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) All-Academic Top-30 team on Wednesday, while three individuals earned NWCA All-Academic individual honors, marking the most ever in a single season for the Old Gold and Black.

Purdue freshman Cashé Quiroga's bid for an national championship ended on Friday night as he fell in the semifinals to third-seeded Iowa freshman Matt McDonough at the 2010 NCAA Championships at the Qwest Center in Omaha, Neb.
