2004-2005 (JUNIOR, 184)
Earned All-America honors, placing eighth at the NCAA Championships ... had a record of 22-16 on the season, with all 16 losses coming against NCAA qualifiers ... was 9-16 vs. NCAA participants ... posted a Big Ten dual record of 6-2 ... finished fourth at the Cliff Keen Invitational (12/4-5) with a 5-2 record ... came back from a knee injury to defeat Dan Gallagher of Penn (1/5) by 15-6 major decision ... closed the regular season with a 5-2 decision over NCAA qualifier Josh Weitzel of Michigan (2/20), the second win of the year against the Wolverine grappler ... placed fifth at the Big Ten Championships (3/5-6) with a 2-2 record, all four matches coming against NCAA qualifiers ... opened the Big Ten Championships with a 3-1 win over All-American Paul Bradley of Iowa ... went 5-3 on the mat at the NCAA Championships, allowing only one takedown in the eight matches ... started the NCAA Championships with a 10-1 major decision vs. John Davis of UT-Chattanooga ... lost twice in the tournament in second tie-breaker, falling to Penn State's Eric Bradley (3-2) and Iowa's Paul Bradley (4-3).

2003-2004 (SOPHOMORE, 184)
Earned his second berth to the NCAA Championships with a third-place finish at the 2004 Big Ten Championships ... posted a 10-8 record against ranked opponents and a 12-9 mark against NCAA qualifiers during the 2003-04 campaign ... opened the season with 10 consecutive wins (11/15-12/5) and later posted a 13-win streak (12/13-1/23) ... defeated then-No. 5 Ryan Halsey of Cal Poly (12/5) by a 2-1 decision enroute to a sixth-place showing at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational ... was 5-0 at the Virginia Duals ... posted a 24-9 four-point technical fall against Arizona State's Jason Trulson (1/10), a win that provided the criteria for a 20-20 Criteria 'D' win against the Sun Devils ... won a 6-1 tie-breaker victory against Blake Kaplan of Ohio State (3/7) at the Big Ten Championships ... defeated Big Ten champion and No. 4-seeded Eric Bradley of Penn State (3/18) at the NCAA Championships by riding time after a 2-2 deadlock through two tie-breaker periods.

2002-2003 (FRESHMAN, 184)
Was an NCAA qualifier in his first year of collegiate wrestling ... posted a 22-18 record and was 2-6 in Big Ten duals ... was 2-12 against NCAA qualifiers ... opened his career with a five-match winning streak, including a pin against Carson-Newman's Andre Sharopov (11/23) in his first match ... captured third place in the Mat Town Invitational (11/30) with a record of 5-1 ... was 2-2 at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational, including a 4:40 fall over Missouri's Jeff Foust (12/6) ... finished second at the Orange Bowl Sunshine Open (12/28-29) ... opened the Purdue win over Ohio State with a 6-5 overtime decision win against Casey Kapustka (2/9) ... defeated Willie Breyer of Michigan (2/22) by an 11-5 decision in the final match of the regular season ... placed seventh at the Big Ten Championships (3/8-9), defeating Michigan State's Nate Mesyn by 4-3 decision for the final NCAA berth at 184 pounds ... opened his first appearance at the NCAA Championships (3/20-22) with a 7-4 decision against four-time NCAA qualifier Scott Justus of Virginia Tech.

2001-2002 (REDSHIRT)
Did not compete during initial season at Purdue.

Four-year letterwinner at Richmond High School ... earned all-conference honors as a freshman ... followed with a sixth-place finish in state as a sophomore ... finished seventh in the state as a junior ... claimed the state championship title in his final year at RHS ... also lettered in football (three years) and baseball (three years) ... was an all-conference selection on the gridiron as a junior and tabbed all-state as a senior ... coached by Matt Holeva.
