Trio of Boilermakers Head to Rocket Invitational

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - A trio of Purdue men's tennis players will compete in the Rocket Invitational in Toledo, Ohio, on Friday and Saturday. The six-team tournament, hosted by Toledo, will feature players from Ohio Dominican, Case Western, Ferris State and Wayne State.

A trio of Boilermakers, junior Diego Acosta and freshmen Matt Bouggy and Lucas Dages, will play in the tournament. The Rocket Invitational marks the second event for Bouggy and Dages, who made their first appearance at the Purdue Fall Invitational Sept. 20-22.

Singles and doubles matches will be played simultaneously, with the Boilermakers opening against Wayne State Friday at 12:30 p.m., followed by Ohio Dominican at 4:30 p.m. On Saturday they will meet Ferris State at 10:30 a.m., Toledo at 2:30 p.m. and conclude against Case Western at 4:30 p.m.
