WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Registration is now open for two Purdue Nike Tennis Camps to be held at the Schwartz Tennis Center. The first of two camps will be held June 22 – 26, with the second taking place June 29 – July 3. Camps will be directed by Purdue head men’s tennis coach Pawel Gajdzik, who recently guided the Boilermakers to their first NCAA Championships appearance since 2002.
The Purdue Nike Tennis Camp is open to tennis players ages 8 – 18 of all abilities that are looking to improve their game with the goal of giving attendees the opportunity to improve their technique while being challenged by some of the best players in their peer group. The camp combines technical tennis instruction and drilling from a superb coaching staff, supervised match play and a variety of evening social activities for overnight attendees.
Attendees will receive 5 – 6 hours of daily instruction from Gajdzik and his experienced staff, while also getting the opportunity to experience what campus life is like at Purdue.
Three camp options will be offered: day, extended day and overnight. Detailed information about each camp option, in addition to tentative camp schedules, prices and camp registration can be found here.
