WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Big Ten Conference released the bracket for the 2013 Big Ten Men's Tennis Tournament on Sunday night. The Boilermakers earned the No. 9 seed and are scheduled to face the No. 8 seed Wisconsin on Thursday.

The Boilermakers and Badgers are the first match of the tournament as their match begins at 9 a.m. ET. The winner of the match will move on to the quarterfinals to face Ohio State on Friday at 9 a.m. The Buckeyes won their eighth-straight Big Ten regular season championship.

Purdue currently has a 16-11 overall record and finished with a 3-8 mark in Big Ten play. The Badgers finished 12-11 and 4-7 in the conference. The teams met earlier this season in Madison, Wis., with Wisconsin claiming a 4-3 victory. The Boilers led the match 3-0 and even had a match point to clinch the team win before the Badgers reeled off the final four singles wins. A full recap and box score of that match can be found here.

Purdue was bounced in the first round of last year's Big Ten tournament. The Boilermakers were the No. 10 seed and fell to the No. 7 seed Michigan State 4-3 despite leading 3-0. A full preview of this weekend's match against Wisconsin will be posted later in the week on PurdueSports.com.
