MADISON, Wis. -- Event victories for Jamie Bissett in the men's 3-meter diving and Rhiannon Sheets in the women's 200 butterfly highlighted the opening day of action for the Purdue swimming and diving teams at the Big Ten Quad and Triple Duals Friday evening.
The two-day meet concludes Saturday with another full day of action. The head-to-head team results between the four Big Ten teams in attendance will be finalized Saturday. Most notably, the Purdue women hold a sizeable lead on Illinois and the Purdue men will enter Saturday trailing host Wisconsin by 18 points.
