2010-11: Tucker competed in freestyle sprints... would have established new Purdue freshman records in the 50 and 100 free if not for faster marks by current classmate Matt Friede... his season-best times in the 50 (20.17, 4th) and 100 free (44.42, 3rd) both ranked among the Purdue top five in 2010-11... posted both times at the Big Ten Championships, where he also competed in the 200 free (1:41.12)... advanced to the C final of the 50 free at Big Tens... was among the team's top contributors to freestyle relays, swimming the anchor leg on the 400 free relay at Big Tens that posted a team season-best time (2:55.34) and NCAA provisional qualifying mark... also swam the anchor on the 200 free relay at Big Tens, a unit that accounted for the second-fastest time for Purdue in the event... qualified for the B final of the 50 free at the USA Swimming National Championships in August... helped the 400 free relay team win in the dual meet versus Indiana... won the 50 and 100 free in the dual meet at Michigan State... won the B final of the 100 free and finished fourth in the A final of the 50 free at the Purdue Invitational.

Before Purdue: Four-year varsity letter-winner...also played varsity water polo, helping Naperville Central finish third in the IHSA state playoffs in 2009...three-time IHSA state meet qualifier in the 50 free, finishing third as a senior in 2010...anchored championship 200 and 400 relay teams in 2010, helping Naperville Central with the team state title...broke conference records in the 50 and 100 free as a freshman...as a Junior Nationals qualifier in 2010, finished third in the 50 free and ninth in the 100 free...honor roll student was recognized for his excellence in math and science.
