2016-17 / AS A JUNIOR
• Academic All-Big Ten

• Competed primarily in the 200 and 500 freestyle
• Posted career-best times in the 50 (21.75) and 100 free (46.21) at the IU First Chance meet
• Also had a season best time of 1:42.35 in the 200 free at IU, finishing third
• Anchored the 400 free relay team to victory in the dual meet win vs. Miami (Ohio)
• Raced in the 100, 200 and 500 free at Virginia Tech's H2Okie Fall Invitational
• Contributed to the victorious 200 free relay team and won his heat of the 100 free at the Indiana Intercollegiates

2015-16 / AS A SOPHOMORE
• Competed primarily in the freestyle events, specifically the 200 free
• Posted career-best times in the 100 (46.91) and 200 free (1:41.01) at the Purdue First Chance meet, where he also had a season-best time in the 500 (4:46.28)
• Finished third in the 200 free at the First Chance meet
• Qualified for the C final of the 100 and 200 free at the Purdue Invitational, placing fourth in the 200
• Also raced in the 100 back (53.79) and 500 free at the Purdue Invite
• Placed third as Purdue's top finisher in the 200 free in the dual meet vs. Miami (Ohio)

• Competed in the freestyle and backstroke events
• Posted season-best times in the 200 (1:42.82) and 500 free (4:38.54) as well as the 200 back (1:51.45) at the Minnesota Grand Prix
• Did not compete during the spring semester portion of the season
• Also raced in three events, the 50 (22.35) and 200 free (1:43.84) as well as the 100 back (53.60), at the season-opening Indiana Intercollegiates

• Lettered for coach Shawn Smith at Cherry Creek High School in suburban Denver, where he also ran cross country as an underclassman
• Two-time A finalist at western sectional championships
• Helped his team win the western region sectionals as well
• Competed in Speedo Champions Series meets in Oregon and Washington in the summer of 2014
• Graduated with a 4.3 weighted GPA and was a member of National Honor Society as an upperclassman
