Amaltdinov, Davis and Meitz seeded among top 10 in an event

2016-17 / AS A SOPHOMORE
• Raced in six different individual events but competed primarily in the 200 backstroke
• Posted season-best times in the 100 (50.96) and 200 back (1:51.53) at the IU First Chance meet
• Competed in both backstroke events as well as the 500 free (4:56.88) at Virginia Tech's H2Okie Fall Invitational
• Challenged himself at the Big Ten Triple Duals by competing in three tough events -- the 200 back, 200 fly (1:58.22) and 500 free
• Raced in the 100 breast and 100 fly at the Indiana Intercollegiates

2015-16 / AS A FRESHMAN
• Competed primarily in the backstroke events
• Posted season-best times in the 100 (51.18) and 200 back (1:50.66) at the Purdue First Chance meet
• Also raced in the 200 fly (1:55.75), 200 IM (1:59.56) and 500 free (4:47.84) during the season
• Raced in the 200 back at the Purdue Invitational
• Shaved more than four seconds off his 200 back time from the dual meet win vs. Miami (Ohio) in the October and the Purdue First Chance meet in February

• Rour-year varsity letterwinner for coach Lauren Nosal at Green Hope High School in Cary, North Carolina
• Three-year North Carolina state qualifier helped Green Hope win state titles as a sophomore and junior along with finishing as the runner-up his senior year
• State qualifier in the 100 back, 200 IM and 200 medley relay as a senior as well as the 500 free as a junior
• Finished seventh in the 100 back and fourth in the 200 medley relay
• New Hope also won four straight conference and regional titles
• Won the 800 free in the North Carolina Senior State LC Championships
