COLUMBUS, Ohio - Junior Adam Schenk posted an even-par 71 on Friday to move into fifth place at the NCAA Columbus Regional.

With 18 holes to play at the Ohio State Golf Club, Schenk is three strokes off the pace for the individual medal with a total of 143 (+1). The top individual on a non-advancing team will earn a trip to Atlanta for this month's NCAA Championship.

Schenk finished Thursday's action in a tie for 10th place before moving five spots up the leader board in the second round. The first-team All-Big Ten performer once again posted a tidy card on Friday, three bogeys with three birdies and a dozen pars.

The final round of the NCAA Columbus Regional will be held on Saturday. Live results will be available via golfstatresults.com.
