WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The No. 47 Purdue men’s golf team will return to action this weekend when it takes part in the LSU National Invitational in Baton Rouge, La.

The Boilermakers are part of a 12-team field, including four Big Ten schools, that will play 54 holes over Saturday and Sunday at LSU’s University Club. The course is a par-72, 7,440-yard facility.

First-round play will get under way at 9 a.m. ET on Saturday, with the second round to follow immediately. Sunday’s final round will commence at 9:30 a.m. ET.

Freshman Justin Cho, fresh off of a 25th-place finish at the Furman Intercollegiate, will play No. 1 for the Boilers in Baton Rouge. The Alpharetta, Ga., native ranks third on the squad with a 73.50 stroke average in 14 rounds.

Senior Tyler Duncan and his team-leading 71.80 stroke average will play the No. 2 position. The Columbus, Ind., native has five top-10 finishes in seven starts this season. Sophomore Adam Schenk will play No. 3, senior William Sjaichudin will play No. 4 and junior Jakob Ziegler will man the fifth position.
