Purdue Opens Fall Season in Minnesota

Two freshmen in the lineup in first event of the season

• Lloyd had an outstanding high school career, winning the California State high school championship as a senior at Archbishop Mitty. Lloyd shot a 6-under par 65 at Poppy Hills Golf Course.
• Helped team to the 2017 California state high school championship.
• Was a runner-up at the NorCal Championships, shooting a 4-under par 68.
• Was named a USA Today first-team All-American, WCAL (West Catholic Athletic League) Most Outstanding Player and first-team honoree.
• Was a three-time team MVP and three-time first-team All-WCAL selection.
• Won the San Francisco Junior Golf Tournament in 2013 as a 14-year old.
• Was an AP Scholar and a member of both the California Scholastic Foundation and National Honor Society.
• Was a high school teammate of UNLV standout Shintaro Ban.

• Intends to major in economics.
• Born April 10, 1999.
• Son of Bill Lloyd and Claire Ando.
• Chose Purdue because of the great academics, incredible facilities and outstanding coaching staff.
