The second season of the Big Ten Network's "The Journey" is set to debut Wednesday night at 7 p.m. ET. The show will feature a pair of Purdue related segments, one a behind-the-scenes look at a day inside the Boilermaker program and the second a game day feature during Purdue's Sept. 21 visit to Wisconsin.
First-year Purdue head coach Darrell Hazell allowed the BTN's camera's unprecidented access inside the daily operation of the football offices. On a one-day visit to West Lafayette, "The Journey" was allowed in on the morning staff meeting, Hazell's conference call with the announce crew from ESPN and the pre- and post-practice team meetings. Hazell allowed the crew to mic him up throughout the day, including all meetings and practice.
At the Wisconsin game, Hazell was again mic'd up from the moment Purdue arrived at Camp Randall Stadium to the end of the postgame locker room speech. The BTN was allowed pregame, halftime and postgame locker room access with the Boilermakers.
Fans that miss the debut of "The Journey", can find when replays of the show air by going to the BTN's "The Journey" website.
