WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Big Ten Conference announced today that the Purdue-Iowa football game on Saturday, Oct. 20, at Ross-Ade Stadium will kick off at noon ET.

The game will be televised by ESPN or ESPN2, with the decision to be made no later than next Monday, Oct. 15.

The Boilermakers, who are ranked 24th in this week's USA Today poll, are 5-1 (1-1 Big Ten) and travel to Michigan (4-2, 2-0) this Saturday for a noon game to be televised by the Big Ten Network.

Iowa is 2-4 overall, 0-3 in the Big Ten and plays host to Illinois this Saturday.

Purdue and Iowa have met 79 times previously (since 1910), with the Boilermakers holding a 44-32-3 advantage. Purdue is 26-13-1 in games played in West Lafayette.
