Boiler Books Reading Challenge

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - New this season, all youth in the eighth grade and under have the opportunity to earn discounted football tickets to the Purdue-Illinois game Nov. 4. The Boiler Books Reading Challenge is simple: read 20 minutes a day, four days a week, for the month of October.

If you complete this challenge, you can purchase a $10 value end zone ticket (normally $22) for your excellent reader. Friends and family still need to purchase regular-priced tickets.

To earn your discounted tickets, you just need to complete this reading challenge worksheet, have it signed by a parent, guardian or teacher, and bring it to the Mackey Arena Athletics Ticket Office prior to gameday. No discounts will be available online. The ticket office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The goal of this promotion is to encourage youth in the community to pick up a book and read, with the reward of experience Big Ten Conference football at Ross-Ade Stadium.
