WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Purdue football team wrapped up its fall camp on Sunday, and for the seniors that meant a post-practice ride on the Boilermaker Special.
Head coach Danny Hope spoke with the media afterwards and noted that the Boilermakers have improved across the board as a team since camp opened on Aug. 4. Among other items, he mentioned the improvement of several individual players and working hard at reducing pre-snap penalties and boosting team discipline. See the video below to hear all of what Coach Hope had to say. The team will have their first off-day of the year on Monday and will begin classes.
Purdue will open the 2012 season on Sept. 1, when it host Eastern Kentucky at 3:30 p.m. in Ross-Ade Stadium. Fans can purchase tickets by clicking here.
