WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Boilermakers returned to the practice field on Friday morning for the eighth practice of camp. The team wore helmets and shoulder pads and worked on installation as well as two minute drill to end the session.
The offensive line is starting to come together and the unit is building depth as well. Cody Davis talked to Boilermaker All-Access about his role on the team some of the things that offensive line coach Jim Bridge has emphasized. Davis has been mostly practicing as the second team center, but is also prepared to fill in at guard. His interview can be found below.
Defensively, the secondary looks to be a very deep group as well. Cornerback Normondo Harris spoke with Boilermaker All-Access following Friday's practice about the group's camaraderie and how each player has each other's back. His full interview is also below.
Head coach Darrell Hazell and tight ends coach Gerard Parker also spoke to the media and there interviews are at the bottom of the page.
