Joe Tiller, Head Coach
On...Special Teams Performance
~ They just executed. We didn't go into the game trying to do anything special, it just happened worked out that way.

On...Becoming Purdue's all-time winingest coach.
~ It doesn't mean that much to me personally, but it's an honor to be in his class. He was a great contributor to Purdue athletics.

Curtis Painter, QB
On...How do you feel the Offence played today
~ We moved the ball really well at times, but the only real concern is that drives stalled at times. We need to score every time we are in the redzone. Overall the guys stepped up and made plays.

On...Offensive improvements for the Oregon game
~ Obviously finish drives and at least in a position to score points. Sharpen that up and we should be fine.

On...WR's Play
~ Desmond Tardy Has been here a while and made plays on offence and special teams. Smith has continued to catch the ball really well in traffic. Overall I think they did great as a group.

Scott Downing, Head Coach
On his thoughts following the game...

~ I was very pleased and proud with my kids on the way we played today. We were very proficient in the run and able to keep their offense off the field. We let the game get away at the end but besides that I thought we had a solid effort.

On returning to Ross-Ade...
~ Its always exciting to see old friends and coaches. I just hope that after watching our kids play they came away impressed with our effort out there on the field today.

On Coach Joe Tiller tying Jack Mollenkopf in career victories...
~ Joe Tiller is a good coach and one of the best in the nation. He deserves all the accolades he receives. Mollenkopf was a good coach, but coach Tiller is a great coach
