Five assistant coaches had their first Purdue practice Tuesday

2015: Started the first five games of the season before injuring his knee at practice … despite not playing in the final seven games, finished fifth on the team with 49 total tackles (26 solo) with 7.5 tackles for loss and two PBUs … had 10 tackles, including four solo stops, with 1.5 TFLs at Marshall on Sept. 6 … recorded five tackles, all solo, and a TFL against Indiana State on Sept. 12 … finished with 11 tackles, five solo, with a career-high 3.0 TFLs vs. Virginia Tech on Sept. 19 … had a career-high 14 tackles, nine solo, an assisted TFL and two PBUs against Bowling Green on Sept. 26 … recorded nine tackles and 1.5 TFLs at No. 2 Michigan State on Oct. 3.
