Coller is responsible for managing the overall recruiting process for the Boilermakers, including organizing all prospect video for the coaching staff; serving as liaison with compliance, student services, admissions and financial aid; and managing the roster as it pertains to personnel, certification and eligibility.

Previously, Coller served as a volunteer assistant coach under Jim Young in 1981 and as a part-time coach in 1982 and 1983. He was a graduate assistant coach under Leon Burtnett in 1984. At Central Catholic, he inherited a program that had gone 1-19 the previous two years and led the Knights to a 10-12 record and a pair of sectional runner-up finishes. At McCutcheon, Coller went 73-39, including 40-13 over his final five campaigns. Coller was an assistant coach at Wabash College during the 1999 season.

A native of Derry, N.H., Coller received his bachelor's degree in physical education from Ball State in 1974 and his master's degree in secondary health education from Purdue in 1984.
