No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in Mackey Arena with the exception of trained service animals for disabled guests. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.
An ATM is located in the Athletic Ticket Office lobby on the east side of Mackey Arena.
Baby-changing stations are available in all restrooms on the concourse level of Mackey Arena.
Bags will be screened upon entry to Mackey Arena.
There are six concession stands on the concourse level of Mackey Arena. The following is a brief overview of each stand:

The doors to Mackey Arena will open one hour prior to men's and women's basketball games.
Elevators in the Spurgeon Club and the Ackerman Atrium are available to John Purdue Club members.
First aid for fans with a medical emergency is located in the Guest Services area, behind Section 3 on the south end of Mackey Arena.
Guest Services is located behind Section 3 on the south end of Mackey Arena. Among the services offered at this location are first aid and lost and found.
John R. Wooden Courtside Club
The John R. Wooden Courtside Club (presented by the Jim Risk Family) is accessible by courtside seat holders (rows 1-4), and features an exclusive gameday environment. The club is located adjacent to the Keady Court tunnel and features a cash bar and upscale menu selections. The John R. Wooden Courtside Club opens two hours prior to tipoff, and may be accessed through the Ackerman Atrium elevator.
Lost and Found
Lost and found is located in the Guest Services area, behind Section 3 on the south end of Mackey Arena. After each game, items collected will be taken to a lost and found area in the Purdue Athletic Ticket Office, located on the concourse level on the east side of Mackey Arena.
Purdue Pride merchandise stands are located on the concourse level of Mackey Arena. The Purdue Pride location north of Mackey Arena also is open on basketball game days.
Outside Food and Beverage
Patrons may not bring outside food or beverage into Mackey Arena. Concession stands are located on the concourse level and offer a variety of food and beverages (see Concessions for more information).
Parking - General Public
All lots not designated for permit parking or otherwise controlled under the authorization of the PUPD shall be open for general parking unless otherwise restricted by Purdue Transportation Service.
Parking - Handicap
Handicap/ADA parking is available in G, H, U and Y Lots. Handicap/ADA shuttle service from H Lot begins one hour prior to tip-off, and continues until one hour after the game. Shuttles will continue longer than one hour after the game as needed. The shuttle service drop-off point is in the pull-off area outside the Purdue Athletic Ticket Office on the east side of Mackey Arena. Fans not parking in a handicap/ADA lot are encouraged to use this area as a drop-off point for their handicap/ADA passengers.
Parking - Permit Lots
A map of permit parking lots for the 2011-12 basketball season can be found here. Permits need to be hung on the rearview mirror of the vehicle while it is parked in the designated lot. Parking in a permit lot without a valid permit could result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.
There will be no pass outs during Purdue basketball games.

Shuttle service from R Lot begins one hour before tipoff and continues for one hour after the conclusion of the game. The shuttle service drop-off point is on John R. Wooden Drive, on the west side of Mackey Arena. For handicap/ADA shuttle information, please see Parking - Handicap.
There is no smoking in Mackey Arena.
The two-story Spurgeon Club is accessible by premium seat holders, and is located on the east side of Mackey Arena. The club features two full cash bars and a variety of traditional and upscale menu options. The Spurgeon Club opens two hours prior to tip-off, and may be accessed through the Mackey Arena doors along Northwestern Avenue.
The Purdue Athletic Ticket Office is located on the east side of the concourse level of Mackey Arena, off of Northwestern Avenue. The ticket office is open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. On basketball game days, the ticket office opens 90 minutes prior to tipoff.
Umbrellas are permitted in Mackey Arena in instances of inclement weather.
No weapons of any kind are permitted in Mackey Arena.

The West Club is located on the west side of Mackey Arena and features an array of food and beverage options from an expanded concessions menu. Donors at the MVP level and above may enter the West Club two hours prior to tipoff, and all season ticket holders may enter one hour prior to the start of the game.
