WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The No. 21-ranked Purdue men’s basketball team will host Indiana State in a Hurricane Relief charity game Saturday at 3 p.m. ET, in Mackey Arena. There will be no video or radio provided for the contest, but live stats will be available on PurdueSports.com.

Tickets are available by calling 800.49SPORT or on PurdueSports.com for just $10. Tickets will also be available on game day at Mackey Arena. All proceeds will benefit the Greater Houston Community Foundation, the UNIDOS Disaster Relief & Recovery Program to support Puerto Rico and the Florida Disaster Fund, areas that were ravaged by deadly hurricanes during the last few months.

Inside the Series
• Announced Oct. 19 after both Purdue and Indiana State received a waiver from the NCAA to play an extra exhibition game, the Boilermakers will tip off the 2017-18 season Saturday in Mackey Arena.
• Purdue owns a 29-4 all-time record against Indiana State, having last played the Sycamores in Dec. 2010 (win, 65-52).
• Purdue is 6-3 against Indiana State in its last nine games dating to Nov. 1977. Prior to that, Purdue was 23-1 against the Sycamores.
• Purdue is 62-7 (.899) all-time in exhibition games and since 1991-92, owns a 48-3 (.941) mark.
• Head coach Matt Painter is 22-0 in exhibition games, winning by an average of 26.0 points per game.
• Purdue has scored at least 85 points in five straight exhibition games.
• Purdue hasn’t allowed more than 63 points in any of the last five exhibition games.

• Purdue’s 38 Big Ten wins are the second most in the league since 2014-15 (Wisconsin - 40).
• Purdue’s 46 home wins are the second most in the league during that span (Maryland - 47).
• During the 2017-18 season, Purdue needs 15 home wins to match the school record for most wins at Mackey Arena during a four-year span. The classes of 2010 and 2011 have 61 home victories.
• Head coach Matt Painter is the only Big Ten coach to have won at home and on the road of every current Big Ten school.
