Oct. 11, 2011
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Purdue students who did not obtain season tickets for the 2011-12 men's basketball season through the VIP All Sport Card program have an additional opportunity to purchase season passes to watch the Boilermakers in person during the upcoming campaign.
Additional student season tickets in reserved seating sections will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis for $180 while supplies last. These tickets will be made available only to football student season ticket holders on Wednesday, Oct. 12, at the Purdue Athletic Ticket Office. If tickets remain, they will be available to all Purdue students on Thursday, Oct. 13, and Friday, Oct. 14.
The student season tickets include all home games except the Boilermakers' contests with Western Michigan (Nov. 23), Coppin State (Nov. 26), IPFW (Dec. 20) and Illinois (Dec. 31).
Students must have a valid PUID and may purchase up to two student season tickets. If purchasing two tickets, students must have the PUID of the other student, as well as payment in cash or check (made payable to Purdue University). Credit cards will only be accepted from the student making the purchase, though charging two tickets to one credit card is an option if necessary.
Students may only purchase men's basketball season tickets in person; phone and online orders will not be accepted.
VIP Card Holders
Students with VIP cards are reminded to pick up their general admission tickets at the Purdue Athletic Ticket Office.
Located on the concourse level on the east side of Mackey Arena, the Athletic Ticket Office is open for business from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday.
All Purdue students are eligible to sign up for the Paint Crew, one of college basketball's premier student organizations.
For a $15 fee, members receive the group's official t-shirt and enjoy road trips, parties and much more. Those who plan to sign up a group of students for the Paint Crew will need the t-shirt size and $15 payment for each person.
