INDIVIDUAL NOTES...
Bryson Scott has scored in double figures in five straight games averaging 14.6 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game, while shooting just 21-of-50 (.420) from the field, 3-of-3 (1.000) from three-point range and 27-of-36 (.750) from the free throw line.
Ronnie Johnson scored in double figures for the 11th straight game with 10 points, four rebounds and two assists ... Johnson, who was just 6-of-36 a y/i>ear ago from three-point range, went 2-of-4 behind the arc and is now 6-of-10 from long distance on the season.
Terone Johnson tallied 16 points for his 49th career double figure scoring game ... he now has 1,026 points, passing Dennis Blind for 46th on the school's career scoring list ... he could reach as high as 42nd in Sunday's game, as Everette Stephens is 42nd with 1,044 points.
Kendall Stephens connected on his 14th and 15th three-pointers of the season, now needing just six more trifectas to move into 10th place on the Purdue freshman three-pointers made list ... Stephens has at least two three-pointers in four straight games and in six of the seven games he has played in.
A.J. Hammons grabbed 11 rebounds, a season-high, and his fifth career double-figure rebounding game ... Hammons went scoreless for the first time in his career ... his four blocked shots give him 90 for his career in just 40 games and 23 for the season in his sixth game.
