WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The second season for college baseball players with eligibility remaining is now underway and Boilermakers will once again be part of the numerous summer collegiate leagues across the country.
Purdue will be represented in leagues from Massachusetts to Kansas to California. The majority of the NCAA-sanctioned summer wood bat leagues open their seasons around the first weekend of June. Because Purdue qualified for an NCAA Regional this year, many Boilermakers playing summer ball are joining their teams this week.
